All orders are processed within standard processing times unless otherwise stated. Please note that some items may be sold as preorder products.

PREORDER ITEMS
Items listed as preorder are not in stock at the time of purchase and require additional production and handling time before shipping. Estimated shipping timeframes for preorder items will be stated in the product description. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to wait the stated timeframe before dispatch.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Please refer to the product description for estimated delivery timeframes.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor your parcel’s progress.
