ARCAN PRE-ORDER POLICY

Thank you for supporting ARCAN. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing exclusive pieces and becoming part of the ARCAN family 🖤

  1. PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH TIMELINE All pre-order items for this drop are subject to a 4-8 week dispatch window.

  • Processing: This time allows for the high-quality production, finishing, and quality control ARCAN is known for.

  • Shipping: Your order will be handed over to the carrier within 4-6 weeks of your order date. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our hands.

  1. PAYMENT To secure your reservation in this drop, payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. This guarantees your garment is allocated to you and will not be sold to anyone else.

  2. COMBINED SHIPPING If your order contains both "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready (in 4-8 weeks). If you need your in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.

  3. ADDRESS CHANGES We understand that 4-8 weeks is a long time. If you move or need to change your shipping address, please contact us at arcansupport@gmail.com at least 1 week before the dispatch window ends.
